Mental Fitness’ has been defined as “the modifiable capacity to utilise resources and skills to flexibly adapt to challenges or advantages, enabling thriving”. The purpose of this half day workshop is to offer healthcare professionals the opportunity to learn more about how they can help people to cope with self-managing the long term condition they are living with, using a more preventative approach, that the term ‘Mental Fitness’ offers.
